Ingredients

  • ingredient 1 raddish 1 carrot 1/2 onion 1/2 English cucumber 1/2 cup water 1 cup vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 2 garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion 1/4 tsp oregano

Directions

    Wash and dry mason jar slice the radish carrot and cucumber into thin slices then chop length wise into thin strips

    Bring water and vinegar to boil on a medium sauce pan

  • 03

    Add green onion garlic salt oregano and sugar stir until sugar dissolves and switch off the flame let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes

    Now place the shredded veggies in the Mason jars and slowly pour the vinegar mixture over the veggies

    Now close the jar and store it in the fridge tasty veggie pickle is ready Happy cooking thank you
