  • ingredient 1 raddish 1 carrot 1/2 onion 1/2 English cucumber 1/2 cup water 1 cup vinegar 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp sugar 2 garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion 1/4 tsp oregano


  • Wash and dry mason jar slice the radish carrot and cucumber into thin slices then chop length wise into thin strips
  • Bring water and vinegar to boil on a medium sauce pan
  • Add green onion garlic salt oregano and sugar stir until sugar dissolves and switch off the flame let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Now place the shredded veggies in the Mason jars and slowly pour the vinegar mixture over the veggies
