Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 8-10 jalapeños

  • 3 cups vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1-2 tsp salt

Directions

    Clean jalapeño, make it dry, no water on it.

    I used hairdryer to instant drying

  • 03

    Cut into circle, apply salt and turmeric

  • 04

    store it in clean n dry glass container by adding vinegar

  • 05

    it will last for 4-5 months

  • 06

    can be use with Pulav, biryani in recipes like pizza , burgers, sandwiches or roll to give awesome taste
