Ingredients

  • 8-10 jalapeños


  • 3 cups vinegar


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1-2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Clean jalapeño, make it dry, no water on it.
  • I used hairdryer to instant drying
  • Cut into circle, apply salt and turmeric
  • store it in clean n dry glass container by adding vinegar
  • it will last for 4-5 months
  • can be use with Pulav, biryani in recipes like pizza , burgers, sandwiches or roll to give awesome taste
