Wash and scrape the skin of the turmeric roots.
chop them in circles and spread on a large dish to dry. leave under the Sun for 1 hour or under the fan for 3-4 hours to dry
Juice the lemon, strain and take in a mixing bowl
Add salt and turmeric pieces and mix well
In a pan heat oil, add broken bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick, black pepper pods, pepper powder, red chilli powder, fenugreek seeds, dry ginger powder mix and switch off the flame
Add the turmeric pieces soaking in lemon juice into the pickle masala, add fennel flower, mix well
Let the pickle cool down
Store in a sterile glass container
Sterilizing the container; Wash the bottle with soap water, leave under the Sun for 4-5 hours or till the bottle is fully dried
