  • 250 gram fresh red chilli

  • 3tsp fennel seeds

  • 1 -1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 tsp ajwayin

  • 1/2 tsp black peppers

  • Musterd oil 1 cup

  • 1 tsp Black salt

  • 2 tsp salt /salt a test

  • 2tsp dry mango powder

  • 1teaspoon turmeric powder


  • Heat a pan and roast whole spices stir and slighly roast the spices for up to 2 mints turn of flame keep to cool
  • Take oil to be added to pickle heat it up well
  • As the whole spices cool down,add plain salt too,then griend in mixure jar .keeping griended spices in plate
  • Oil has smoked up rightly, turn off flame .let oil cool
  • At the rate of spices such as black salt and mango powder turmic powder
  • Add 2tsp oil from pan to the pickle and mix it
