  • black carrots , yellow mustard seeds,pink salt,assafoteda,water 2 litre


  • peel all d carrots n cut them in pickle way . grind roughly mustard seeds . put all d carrots in a glass jar or in a pitcher add salt , hing , mustard seeds grounded n water keep them for 3 to 4 days or more than 5 days after that consume it with your meal .Its very gud for ur gut health n full of antioxidant .
