Ingredients

Serves : 30
  • Garlic cloves 200 gm


  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds


  • 1 tbsp ajwain


  • Mustard oil 1 cup


  • Salt 2 tbsp


  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp


  • 1 tbsp tamarind paste

Directions

  • Slightly roasted fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and ajwain and coarsely grind them.
  • In a pan heat oil
  • Add tamarind paste cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Add garlic cloves mix well and cook 3-4 minutes
  • Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and coarsely grind powder.
  • Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Let it cool.
  • Put it in clean sterilized glass jar.
  • Put it in sunlight for 2-3 days.
