Garlic cloves 200 gm
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1 tbsp ajwain
Mustard oil 1 cup
Salt 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
1 tbsp tamarind paste
Slightly roasted fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and ajwain and coarsely grind them.
In a pan heat oil
Add tamarind paste cook for 2-3 minutes
Add garlic cloves mix well and cook 3-4 minutes
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder and coarsely grind powder.
Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes
Let it cool.
Put it in clean sterilized glass jar.
Put it in sunlight for 2-3 days.
