Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Jalapeño / large green chillies 100 gm

  • 1 garlic clove

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 3 Tbsp

  • White vinegar 1 cup

  • Water 1 cup

Directions

    Wash and sliced the jalapeño.

  • 02

    Take a pan and add water and vinegar

  • 03

    Add salt, sugar, garlic

  • 04

    Mix well and boil it

  • 05

    When water is boiling add jalapeños

  • 06

    Boil them only 2 minutes

  • 07

    Colour will change.

  • 08

    Switch off the flame and let it cool.

  • 09

    Store in sterilized glass jar
