Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Jalapeño / large green chillies 100 gm


  • 1 garlic clove


  • Salt 1 tbsp


  • Sugar 3 Tbsp


  • White vinegar 1 cup


  • Water 1 cup

Directions

  • Wash and sliced the jalapeño.
  • Take a pan and add water and vinegar
  • Add salt, sugar, garlic
  • Mix well and boil it
  • When water is boiling add jalapeños
  • Boil them only 2 minutes
  • Colour will change.
  • Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  • Store in sterilized glass jar
