Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 1 cup Peanuts

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder

  • 1 pinch Salt

Directions

    Dry roast peanuts in medium heat until they start crackling.

  • 02

    Remove from heat, let them cool.

  • 03

    Remove the skin of the peanuts.

  • 04

    In a food processor add peanuts and grind them for 2-3 minutes.

  • 05

    Scrap the sides and again grind them for 1-2 minutes.

  • 06

    After sometimes the mixture starts to become crumbly and oily in texture.

    Add brown sugar and salt and grind again for 2-3 minutes.

    Scrap sides in between.

  • 09

    Add cocoa powder and grind again.

  • 10

    Lastly add olive oil and mix again till the mixture becomes creamy and shiny.

    Transfer to a jar.

  • 12

    Delicious peanut chocolate butter is ready within few minutes.

    You can preserve this butter in the refrigerator for a month.
