Peanut Chocolate Butter

  • 1 cup Peanuts

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder

  • 1 pinch Salt


  • Dry roast peanuts in medium heat until they start crackling.
  • Remove from heat, let them cool.
  • Remove the skin of the peanuts.
  • In a food processor add peanuts and grind them for 2-3 minutes.
  • Scrap the sides and again grind them for 1-2 minutes.
  • After sometimes the mixture starts to become crumbly and oily in texture.
  • Add brown sugar and salt and grind again for 2-3 minutes.
  • Scrap sides in between.
  • Add cocoa powder and grind again.
  • Lastly add olive oil and mix again till the mixture becomes creamy and shiny.
  • Transfer to a jar.
  • Delicious peanut chocolate butter is ready within few minutes.
  • You can preserve this butter in the refrigerator for a month.
