Washed and chopped gavar phali.boil for 3-4 minutes. strain.
spread over a cotton cloth for 2-3 hours.
roast fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and fennel seeds on low flame for 2-3 minutes .coarsely grind. .
finely chopped green chillies and garlic. .
mix all ingredients and half oil into gavar phali. mix well. put it in clean glass jar .add remaining oil. now put this pickle in sunlight for 5-6 days .
