Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 300 gm gavar phali


  • 2 Tbsp methidana /fenugreek seeds


  • 2 Tbsp saunf / fennel seeds


  • 1 tbsp rai / mustard seeds


  • 1 tbsp kalonji


  • 1 tbsp haldi / Turmeric powder


  • 2 Tbsp Red chilli powder


  • 3-4 tbsp white vinegar


  • Green chillies 6-7


  • Garlic cloves 7-8


  • Mustard oil 250 ml (one cup )

Directions

  • Washed and chopped gavar phali.boil for 3-4 minutes. strain. spread over a cotton cloth for 2-3 hours. roast fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and fennel seeds on low flame for 2-3 minutes .coarsely grind. . finely chopped green chillies and garlic. . mix all ingredients and half oil into gavar phali. mix well. put it in clean glass jar .add remaining oil. now put this pickle in sunlight for 5-6 days .
