Wash the apples.
Cut the apples in round shape.
Take a vessel add water and dip the apples and beetroot into it. Then put it on gas stove.
Once it's totally cooked, then mix it with the help of a hand blender.
Sieve it with the help of a Siever.
Cook the pulp and sugar in a clean vessel and stir it continusly.
Add citric acid after 20 minutes.
Now do the plate test, in a plate add one spoon jam. Once cooled slide the plate if it comes out thick then your jam is ready.
Pour hot in a clean glass jar.
When it cool close the lid.
