Ingredients

  • 10 hot chillies


  • 5 less spicy chillies


  • 7-8 garlic cloves


  • 2 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Wash green chillies and chop roughly.
  • Take it in mixer grinder with coriander, garlic cloves and grind it coarsely.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it crackle add the chilli mixture and saute.
  • Add salt to taste and saute.
  • Store in refrigerator. Eat with parathas
