Take a polythene bag .
Put washed aamla in it
Microwave for 5 minutes.take it out
Cool down them
After cooling grate them
Take a thuch bottom pan
Heat ghee in it .
Add amla and sugar in it.
Stirr continuesly till thick
Add 1 rable spoon ghee in it .
When it becomes sticky take it out
grind almond in the grinder at pulse mode and mix in the mixture.
And chopped cashew
Mix cardmom powder and citric acid
Make lemon size laddo with with tge mixture
Keep in the plastic box .
And stire in a cool dry place .
Its shelf life is almost 12 months
