Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • Aamla (gooseberry)250 gram


  • Coconut powder 100 gram


  • Sugar 400 grams


  • Cashew and almond 100 grams


  • Cardmom powder 1tsp


  • Ghee 1 tsp


  • Citric acid 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Take a polythene bag .
  • Put washed aamla in it
  • Microwave for 5 minutes.take it out
  • Cool down them
  • After cooling grate them
  • Take a thuch bottom pan
  • Heat ghee in it .
  • Add amla and sugar in it.
  • Stirr continuesly till thick
  • Add 1 rable spoon ghee in it .
  • When it becomes sticky take it out
  • grind almond in the grinder at pulse mode and mix in the mixture.
  • And chopped cashew
  • Mix cardmom powder and citric acid
  • Make lemon size laddo with with tge mixture
  • Keep in the plastic box .
  • And stire in a cool dry place .
  • Its shelf life is almost 12 months
