Slightly roast all seeds to remove moisture
Take a big bowl add grated mango salt and turmeric in it .mix well cover it and keep aside for 3 hours
Squeezed all water
Wipe over night soaked garbanzo beans with a towel
Mix these beans in grated mango
Add all dry ingredients init
Mix well
Heat oil till smoking point
Cool down completely
Mix well in the mixture
Keep in the dry ,clean bottle
Put in sun for one week
Your pickle is ready to eat after 1 week
Enjoy with dal chawal ,poori ,paratha etc.
