Cut orange n lemon into thin round slices.
Now heat 1 L water in a pan and as soon as it starts boiling, add peas to the water, exact after 3 mins take them out from water using strainer n when all water is drained out, transfer them in a plate
Similarly boil each vegetable separately in the same water for just 3 mins n transfer them in separate plates or cotton cloths/ newspaper. Let them cool completely.
Now in other pan mix the water, vinegar n salt, heat the mixture for 5 mins n let it cool down.
Now take a glass bottle or jar n then rinse it using hot water n wipe it using cotton cloth.
Now insert the orange slices in the bottle ( I rolled orange slice for insertion into bottle through narrow neck), Use long n sleek stick to unfold the slices n arrange as shown in picture.
Now fill the bottle's bottom using peas, they will also support orange slices to stand.
Now insert the lemon slices in a similar way we used to insert the orange slices.
We can pat the bottle over soft flat surface for levelling the vegetables inside it.
Now insert red chillies vertically, it should be tightly packed so that each chilly can stand vertically. Pat the bottle again n use stick for chilly insertion.
Then add garlic inside the bottle n pat the bottle again to level it.
Now insert chilly again n pour the mixture of water, vinegar n salt in bottle to 3/4th of bottle height. (pat the bottle again so that liquid solution goes down between the vegetables.)
Now pour oil inside the bottle till rim. it will the help to preserve the vegetables pickle till 5-6 years .
Within 2 days pickle will be ready to relish. By arranging vegetables in such a way in bottle will make it look so amazing that you will prefer to decorate it in dinning n kitchen area .
