Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 500 gram gooseberry

  • 150 gram mustered oil

  • 3 spoon salt or as per taste

  • 1 spoon turmeric

  • 2 spoon red chilli powder

  • 2 spoon sauph powder

  • 3 spoon yellow mustered powder

  • 1/4 spoon asafoetida

  • 1/2 spoon onion seeds

  • 1/2 spoon carrom seeds

Directions

    Boil the amla with 1 cup water for 10 minutes.

  • 02

    Discard the water and pat dry. Deseed the amla slices and again pat dry.

  • 03

    Now heat oil in a pan and switch off the gas.

  • 04

    Add asafoetida, carrom seeds, onion seeds and all spices mentioned in above.

  • 05

    Mix well and keep sunlight 3-4 days.
