Ingredients

500 gram gooseberry
150 gram mustered oil
3 spoon salt or as per taste
1 spoon turmeric
2 spoon red chilli powder
2 spoon sauph powder
3 spoon yellow mustered powder
1/4 spoon asafoetida
1/2 spoon onion seeds
1/2 spoon carrom seeds
Directions
Boil the amla with 1 cup water for 10 minutes.
Discard the water and pat dry. Deseed the amla slices and again pat dry.
Now heat oil in a pan and switch off the gas.
Add asafoetida, carrom seeds, onion seeds and all spices mentioned in above.
Mix well and keep sunlight 3-4 days.
