Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 totapuri mango 1 cut into pieces


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tbsp powdered jaggary


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • Salt 1 tbsp


  • 1/2 tsp chili powder


  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 10 curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Directions

  • Wash mango and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat the pan add oil add mustard seeds when it crackle add fenugreek seeds when it turns light brown in colour add curry leaves then add garlic sauté for 1 minutes then add mango pieces stir well to this add chilli powder turmeric powder salt jaggary mix well cook for 2 minutes then add vinegar mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame after 2 minutes switch off the flame yummy and tasty mango instant pickle is ready thank you happy cooking
