Heat the pan add oil add mustard seeds when it crackle add fenugreek seeds when it turns light brown in colour add curry leaves then add garlic sauté for 1 minutes then add mango pieces stir well to this add chilli powder turmeric powder salt jaggary mix well cook for 2 minutes then add vinegar mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a low flame after 2 minutes switch off the flame yummy and tasty mango instant pickle is ready thank you happy cooking
