  • Ripe guavas 1kg

  • Sugar 300 grams


  • Wash the guavas nicely and chop into pieces.
  • Take in a mixer jar along with sugar and grind.No need to add water.
  • Sieve the pulp to remove seeds and thick skin .You will get a smooth extract.
  • Add juice of 2 big lemons if you like a tangy taste.
  • Just fill this pulp in a plastic container and keep in freezer compartment.
  • whenever you wish to make guava juice take 1/3 rd glass of this pulp.Add chilled water and blend.
  • Pour in a glass and sprinkle some chaat masala to enhance the taste.
