First start with making sugar syrup in a large sauce pan , combine water and sugar and let the sugar melt completely.
Next add lemon juice and stir. Next simmer for 5 minutes till sugar syrup thickens a bit.
Remove from heat and let the solution become warm.
Filter the solution to remove impurities. Next crush thd saffron ,add to the solution and mix while its warm. Next cool the syrup completely.
Now start making the orange juice and sterlize the jar while its cooling.
Extract the juice ,sieve it and we need to pour it to the sugar syrup otherwise it will become bitter.
After that take 1/4 th cup water, add potassium Metabisulphate and combine well. And add this to orange squash and stir.
Now pour the squash in sterlize jar and let it settle down. Then refrigerate it for settle down of squash for 3-4 days.
After that serve the juice by adding half part of water. Enjoy.
Tips: Use stelize jar woth clean and dry hands. Shake the bottle before use. You can use ice cubes and also serve with mint leaves and lemons.
