Peel n cut the Kiwis into thin slices.
In a pan, heat the sugar and cook it till it melts.
Now transfer the Kiwi slices into the pan and cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame.(on heating Kiwis colour become light so we can add organic green colour- optional step)
Switch off the gas n keep it aside for half an hour.
Again heat the pan n cook till sugar starts crystallises.
Transfer the kiwi Candies to a plate n keep it in sunlight for 3-4 days. Once candies dry completely sprinkle sugar powder over them.
Delicious Kiwi Candies are ready to relish, it really tastes great. it can be stored for 5-6 months in jar
