Peel the papaya n cut it into thin slices.
Take a pan , heat sugar n lemon zest n cook till sugar dissolves.
Now add papaya slices into pan n cook for 10 mins, then set aside for half an hour.
For reheat the pan over medium heat until the mixture crystallizes.
Remove from the heat, transfer these candies to another plate n let it cool down completely .
We can cut them into small pieces n sprinkle sugar over them , Sweet Papaya candies are ready to relish n these are so delicious that nobody can guess that these are prepared from papaya. We can store these candies for 2-3 months in refrigerator.
