Peel the garlic.
Keep it in the baking tray at 150 degree for 1 hour in the oven.
If the garlic cloves are thic then you can flip it.
When it gets brown and crispy, that means the water in it is evaporated.
These are called dried garlic cloves.
Now put this dried garlic cloves in the mixing jar.
Grind it into fine powder.
Now seive the powder.
Here our perfect garlic powder is ready.
Fill it in the clean jar.
It can be kept for more then two years.
