  • 250 gms lemon

  • 1 kgs sugar

  • 1 1/2 litre water

  • 1 1/2 tsp yellow food colour

  • 4 gms potassium meta bisulphite


  • Heat sugar and water in a vessel together.
  • Cook till the sugar dissolves and forms itself into 1 sting sugar syrup , sieve once cooled.
  • In a bowl take two cups syrup and cut and squeeze the lemons into it.
  • Sieve with the help of a cotton cloth and mix it with the syrup.
  • In a glass take two spoons of water and add Potassium meta bisulphite and mix it in sugar syrup.
  • In a cup take little water and yellow food colour and mix it.
  • Transfer it into a bottle and close the lid with the help of wax.
