Wash and rinse beetroot and apples. Remove its peels.
Cut into small pieces.
Take one Pan. Cook on medium flame until soft and tender.
Let it cool on room temperature.
Grind both in smooth paste.
Shift it in pan. Add salt and pepper. Cook again until thick or remain no water.
Add vinegar. Mix well. Switch off gas. Let it cool on room temperature.
Store In a glass jar. Keep it in fridge.
