Ingredients

  • Big banana - 250 gram


  • Jaggery - 100 gram


  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon

Directions

  • Steam cook bananas and remove peel
  • Remove black seeds and grind it to smooth paste
  • Make jaggery syrup by melting jaggery in 1/4 cup of water
  • Heat ghee and add banana paste and jaggery
  • Cook on low flame until all water dried off and it seperates from pan
  • After cools down you can refrigerate in airtight container
