Peel the turmeric and wash it . now wiped with cotton cloth nd remove the water.
Now grate the turmeric or cut it finely. Now wash the green chilli nd cut into round small pieces.
Put mustard oil in a pan and heat it well, cool slightly, add asafoetida, fenugreek seeds nd all spice's nd chopped raw turmeric nd green chilli in the oil nd mix well.
Take the turmeric pickle in a bowl nd mix lemon juice in the pickle nd mix it well and cover the turmeric pickle.
After 4 to 5 hour mix the pickle with a spoon again above the top.
Pickle of turmeric has been made, fill the turmeric pickle in a completely dry glass jar. If possible keep the pickle in 2 days in sun and pickles also become tasty.
If turmeric pickle is kept in oil then this pickle will be batter then 6 month.
