  • 1 kg raw mangoes

  • 1 1/2 tspn hing

  • 1 tspn red chilli powder

  • 1 1/2 tspn salt or to taste


  • Wash and peel the raw mangoes.
  • Now cut them into small slices and put them in the mixing bowl.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder and hing to it.
  • Mix it properly.
  • Transfer it to the clean jar.
  • Keep the jar in the sunlight for one or two days.
  • Hing ka achaar is ready.
  • It can be preserved for more then a year.
