  • potatoes-1/2 kg

  • salt-1 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder-1 tsp

  • cumin seed-1 tsp

  • oil-1 tsp

    wash and boil the potatoes. After boiling peel and grate them.

    Add salt, chilly powder.and cumin seeds and mix well with your palm to make them smooth. now make Small balls from the dough.

    Take 2 small thick plastic sheet of same size.

    Grease both sheets with oil and put the potato ball on one sheet and cover with another sheet.

    now roll with a rolling pin or press with your hands to make a small poori.

    Remove the upper plastic sheet and transfer the papad on the big plastic sheet carefully. Repeat with all the potatoes balls. flip the side after 2 hours.

    It will take 1-2 days to completely dry in the sun light.

    store in air tight container and use throughout the year.
