  • Fresh Strawberry 250 grams

  • Sugar 6 tbsp or according to the sourness of the fruit

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tsp


  • Chop the strawberries and make a paste.
  • Heat a pan and add chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice.
  • Cook for 10 minutes or until thicken a bit.
  • Do not make it very thick otherwise it will become very hard after cooling.
  • Cool and preserve in airtight containers upto 10 days.
  • Enjoy yummy jam with bread, cakes, cookies etc.
