Roast pumpkin seeds in pan on low Flame. Take in bowl.
Take 1 large spoon olive oil in the same pen, add tomatoes, chili flakes and salt to it, cook till tomatoes become soft and keep it cool.
Mix tomato, seeds, garlic, green coriander,mint in a mixer and make a smooth paste.
Serve this deep in the serving bowl and add olive oil and serve it with favorite snacks.
Keep it in a fridge for 1 week..
