  • Raw mango 1

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup

  • Black salt 1 tbs

  • Green chilies 3

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Lemon juice 1-2 tbs


  • Wash, clean, peel , chop the raw mango and keep aside.
  • Now in a mixer jar add mango pieces, salt, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilies and make a smooth paste.
  • Now transfer the paste into air tight container and add lemon juice to preserve the chutney for longer time.
  • Place the container into fridge and consune with in two weeks.
  • Tips to preserve : use air tight container only, use only dry and clean hand, spoon also.
