Wash, clean, peel , chop the raw mango and keep aside.
Now in a mixer jar add mango pieces, salt, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilies and make a smooth paste.
Now transfer the paste into air tight container and add lemon juice to preserve the chutney for longer time.
Place the container into fridge and consune with in two weeks.
Tips to preserve : use air tight container only, use only dry and clean hand, spoon also.
