  • 5 kg. Fresh Ripe alphonso/kesar mangoes

  • 1 zip bag/airtight container


  • Wash, peel and chop the mangoes in small piece.
  • Place mango piece in mixer/blender.
  • Blend to a super smooth paste. Don't add water or sugar and flavoring. keep it natural and simple.
  • To store the mango pulp/puree keep a few vacuum zip bags or airtight freezer safe container.
  • Fill the zip lock bags with the pulp close and place into the freezer .
  • Take out whenever needed and use required quantity.
  • Whenever you wish goes well for 11/2 years easily.
  • Whenever you want to use than these in the counter top.
  • When you require aamras take out few pulp and blend with sugar and water stir very well.
  • Pour in small bowls and chill and serve with pooris and chapatis.
