Red chilly garlic chutney

  • 15 fresh red chilli pepper

  • 10-12 garlic

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp oil


  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and saute the red chillies for 5 minuites.
  • Take the chillies in mixer grinder along with garlic cloves and grind it coarsely or smooth as you like it.
  • Tale oil in a saucepan and add mustard seeds. let it crackle.
  • Add the chilli paste and saute for a minute. add salt and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight jar and serve with parathas.
