Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 15 fresh red chilli pepper

  • 10-12 garlic

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and saute the red chillies for 5 minuites.

  • 02

    Take the chillies in mixer grinder along with garlic cloves and grind it coarsely or smooth as you like it.

    Tale oil in a saucepan and add mustard seeds. let it crackle.

  • 04

    Add the chilli paste and saute for a minute. add salt and mix well.

  • 05

    Store in an airtight jar and serve with parathas.
