Ingredients

  • 500gms amlas,

  • 500gms sugar,

  • 1/2tsp green cardamom powder,

  • 1/4tsp strands of saffron,powdered sugar as required ,

  • 12-16glazed cherries to garnish .

Directions

    Wash the amlas and boil them in pressure cooker with half cup of water till soft on low heat. Cool and blend in mixie to get Amla’s pulp.

  • 02

    Transfer the pulp in a pan with sugar and saffron and cook till it is thick and completely dry. Add green cardamom powder.

  • 03

    Cool and Spread on greased tray .when completely dry, cut into desired shape and Coat the with powdered sugar

  • 04

    Decorate with glazed cherries and serve.
