  • Falsa 500g

  • Sugar 250g

  • Citric acid 2g

  • Water 3glass

  • Black salt 1tsp

  • Lemon juice 1/4tsp


  • Take a bowl add falsa wash and dry.
  • Take a juicer add falsa grind and take a juice.
  • Take a half cup of water add citric acid dissolve and keep a side.
  • Take a pan add falsa juice and sugar mix and cook for thick consistency then flame off add citric acid water mix.
  • Then stire in a glass bottle.
  • Take a some sharbat add chilled water or ice cubes then add black salt and lemon juice then enjoy cool cool and refreshing falsa sharbat.
