  • 2 1/2 cups rose petals

  • 6 tblspn sugar

    Collect the fresh and fragrant rose petals.

    Now wash it and let them dry.

    Put the rose petals in the mixing jar and shred them once or twice.

    You can chop also the petals.

    Now take a clean jar.

    Now first of all spread the layer of rose petals in the jar.

    Then spread the layer of sugar over the rose petals layer.

    Then again spread the layer of rose petals over the sugar layer.

    Then sugar layer over the rose petals layer.

    Repeat this till it ends.

    Now cover it with tight lid and keep the jar in the sun for more then a week.

    But daily mix the gulkand with the spoon.

    After that our gulkand will be ready.

    It can be store for more then a year in the refrigerator.

    But it should be in a air tigjt container.
