Ingredients

  • Carry 4 to 5

  • Sugar 1kg

  • Water 3 cup

  • Potecium meta by sulphate 1tsp

  • Black salt 1/4tsp

  • Jeera powder 1/4 tsp

Directions

    First peel carry and boil it

  • 02

    Boil sugar and water

  • 03

    Now mash boil carry and seprate seed from carry

  • 04

    Add this paste in sugar solution

  • 05

    Boil till syrup turn thick

  • 06

    Turn off gas

  • 07

    When mixture turn cool add potecium meta bye sulphate

  • 08

    Store it in freeze for long time

  • 09

    When serve take 3/4 glass water add squash ,black salt and jeera powdet with ice
