  • 500 gms Goose Berry

  • 300 gms sugar

  • 3-4 Cardamom


  • Boil gooseberries for 10 min until soft.
  • Let it cool down and remove the seed.
  • In a mixer jar make smooth paste from boiled gooseberries.
  • In a pan and gooseberry paste amd sugar and cook on medium low flame untill mixture leaves the sides of pan.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Cool it down completely and store in a clean glass jar.
  • Can be stored upto 1 year.
  • Its very healthy and beneficial for eyesight and hairs.
