Soak tamarind for 5 min in luke warm water. cut dates in slices.
Mash it nicely and take aut pulp with help of strainer.
Now heat a pan, put tamarind pulp till boil.
Now add suger, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, aniseed powder, chopped dates and black paper powder.
Now boil it for 5 minute on medium flame.
It will become thick
Switch off flame.
Mix well. Your chuteny is ready to serve.
You can preserve it for 6 month. Keep in jar.
