Take a mango washed and dry in kitchen towel.
After dry cut in slices and blanched for 2 minutes.
After blanched drain water and dry for half an hour.
Take a all dry roasted punch phoran masala crushed and keep a side.
Take a wok add grated jaggery,salt,red chilli,black pepper,punch foran masala and mango pcs cook in 5 minute.
After 5 minutes store in glass jar.
