  • Raw Mango 2kg

  • Grated Jaggery 1kg

  • Dry roasted fennelseeds 1tsp

  • Dry roasted cuminseeds 1tsp

  • Dry roasted methidana 1/2tsp

  • Dry roasted Nigella seeds 1/2tsp

  • Dry roasted mustard seeds 1/2tsp

  • Crushed red chilli 1tsp

  • Crushed black pepper 1tsp

  • Salt 2tsp

  • Oil 2tsp


  • Take a mango washed and dry in kitchen towel.
  • After dry cut in slices and blanched for 2 minutes.
  • After blanched drain water and dry for half an hour.
  • Take a all dry roasted punch phoran masala crushed and keep a side.
  • Take a wok add grated jaggery,salt,red chilli,black pepper,punch foran masala and mango pcs cook in 5 minute.
  • After 5 minutes store in glass jar.
