Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 Cup soya chunks


  • 2 Big onions cut into cubes


  • 2 Capsicum cut into cubes


  • 1 Cup oil


  • 1 Table spoon of soya sauce


  • 1 Table spoon of tomato sauce


  • 1 Table spoon of veniger


  • 1 Tea spoon of red chilly sauce


  • 2 Green chilly chopped


  • 2 Dry Red chilly


  • 1 Stem of curry leaves


  • 1 Bunch of finely chopped coriander


  • 1 Table spoon red chilly powder and salt


  • 1 Table spoon finely chopped ginger


  • 1 Teaspoon conflour


  • 1 Small glass of water

Directions

  • Soak soya chunks in hot water of 10 min
  • Squeeze them and transfer to a bowl and add salt and red chilly pwder to it
  • Deep fry soya chunks in hot oil
  • In a wok add oil and add ginger and finely chopped green chilly and red chilly
  • Later add onions and capsicum and saute them
  • Now add all sauces and add salt and red chilly powder
  • Now add water to it and boil for a while
  • To thicken liquid add conflour slurry (conflour mixed with water)
  • Now add soya chunks and saute for a minute
  • Now garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot
