Soak soya chunks in hot water of 10 min
Squeeze them and transfer to a bowl and add salt and red chilly pwder to it
Deep fry soya chunks in hot oil
In a wok add oil and add ginger and finely chopped green chilly and red chilly
Later add onions and capsicum and saute them
Now add all sauces and add salt and red chilly powder
Now add water to it and boil for a while
To thicken liquid add conflour slurry (conflour mixed with water)
Now add soya chunks and saute for a minute
Now garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve hot
