Slice onions and add them into a bowl
Roast coriander seeds and make a fine powder
To a bowl add sliced onions, curry leaves, besan, salt, red chilly powder
Any onions come in contact with salt they release water so first mix well the above ingredients and later if required add water
To get crispy pakoda you can add one big spoon of hot oil to the besan mixture
In other wok add oil and let it get heated
Now slowly drop the onion besan mixture and fry them till golden brown
Mean while in a bowl add coriander powder, salt, red chilly powder and mix them thoroughly
When this pakodas are ready transfer them into a bowl and sprinkle the coriander powder and serve hot
