  • Urad dal 1kg

  • Crushed black pepper 2tsp

  • Cuminseeds 2tsp

  • Oil 4tsp


  • Take a dal washed and soaked for over night.
  • Then after soaked dal grind in without water.
  • After grind mix cuminseeds and black pepper mix and rest in 5 hours.
  • After 5 hours take a two plythene spread oil and make a batter dough pour in greased polythene and cover with another polythene and roll on rolling pin and dry for 10 days in sunlight.
  • After dry store in air tight box.
