Wash tomatoes... Make a cut in skin put them in boiling water
After 2 mins Immediately remove from boiling water to cold water
Remove the skin of tomatoes.... Chopped them roughly.. Blend in mixy... Now measure the pulp... Take twice more than the pulp measured
Now mix sugar n tomato pulp... In a heavy base kadhai... Till it became thick... Check the consistency... By dropping a frw drops on plate if it doesn't flow Down its ready
U can preserve it for 7 days with out refrigerator n upto 1 month in refrigerator
