  • 1 fresh tomatoes 6 no

  • 2 cup sugar

  • 1 spoon lemon juice


  • Wash tomatoes... Make a cut in skin put them in boiling water
  • After 2 mins Immediately remove from boiling water to cold water
  • Remove the skin of tomatoes.... Chopped them roughly.. Blend in mixy... Now measure the pulp... Take twice more than the pulp measured
  • Now mix sugar n tomato pulp... In a heavy base kadhai... Till it became thick... Check the consistency... By dropping a frw drops on plate if it doesn't flow Down its ready
  • U can preserve it for 7 days with out refrigerator n upto 1 month in refrigerator
