Urad dal 1kg
White petha 1kg
Hing 1tsp
crushed red chilli 1tsp
Crushed dry coriander 1tsp
Cuminseeds 1tsp
Crushed kasuri methi 1tsp
Crushed black pepper 1tsp
Eno fruit salt 1pouch
Salt 1tsp
Directions
Take a dal wash and soaked at over night.
Then soaked drain water and grind without water. Take a white petha peeled and grated.
Take a big vessel add dal,petha,and all ingredients mix and keep a side for 5 hours.
After 5 hours add eno and make a warri in polythene and dry for 10 days.
After dry store in airtight container.
