Ingredients

  • Urad dal 1kg

  • White petha 1kg

  • Hing 1tsp

  • crushed red chilli 1tsp

  • Crushed dry coriander 1tsp

  • Cuminseeds 1tsp

  • Crushed kasuri methi 1tsp

  • Crushed black pepper 1tsp

  • Eno fruit salt 1pouch

  • Salt 1tsp

Directions

    Take a dal wash and soaked at over night.

  • 02

    Then soaked drain water and grind without water. Take a white petha peeled and grated.

  • 03

    Take a big vessel add dal,petha,and all ingredients mix and keep a side for 5 hours.

  • 04

    After 5 hours add eno and make a warri in polythene and dry for 10 days.

    After dry store in airtight container.
