  • peeled Green mango 500g

  • salt 500g

Directions

  • 01

    at first cut the mangos into wedge pieces.

  • 02

    Wash them all with fresh water and remove the seed.

  • 03

    Strain the mangos and soak the excess water with kitchen towl.

  • 04

    Mix the mangos with salt.

  • 05

    Spread the mangos in A plate and leave it in sunlight .

  • 06

    After 10 days flip the mangos and let it for drying .

  • 07

    After 30 days your dried mango is ready.

  • 08

    Store into A air tight jar & use per your choice .
