  • peeled Green mango 500g

  • salt 500g


  • at first cut the mangos into wedge pieces.
  • Wash them all with fresh water and remove the seed.
  • Strain the mangos and soak the excess water with kitchen towl.
  • Mix the mangos with salt.
  • Spread the mangos in A plate and leave it in sunlight .
  • After 10 days flip the mangos and let it for drying .
  • After 30 days your dried mango is ready.
  • Store into A air tight jar & use per your choice .
