  • Grapes 1kg

  • Baking soda 1tsp

  • Oil 1tsp


  • Take a grapes for good quality.
  • Then pluck the steams and washed.
  • Take a vessel add water then water boil add oil and baking soda add grapes mix and boil for 10 seconds.
  • Then water released and kishmish dry in sunlight for 10 days.
  • After 10 days store and use.
  • Note..No boil for 10 seconds be carefully otherwise kishmish then soft and peeled.Then oil used for raisin glazed. That raisin is 1kg grapes.
