Separate the petals from the rose.
Wash it 2-3 times.
Drain out the water.
In a bowl add 2 cups of boiling water and add rose petals into it cover with lid and keep it for 10 hours.
In a vessel add sugar, beetroot pieces and water and keep it on gas stove and heat till it dissolves and forms sugar syrup.
Keep it to cool.
Once cooled add citric acid and boil for 5 mins.
Sieve the sugar syrup
Add the soaked rose petals into mixer and give it a churn, then sieve it with the help of a cotton cloth.
Add the sieved rose into the sugar syrup and mix 1 cup of Rosewater.
Then fill it into a bottle.
Seal the cap with the help of wax.
